Refund & Replacement Policy

At Kaboom Sports, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns & Replacements

Our return and replacement policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals (if applicable).

  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt) is required.

Please do not send products back without contacting our customer support first.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Clearance or sale items (unless received damaged or defective)

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

  • Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs or videos showing the product and the packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card provider or payment service.

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges

We replace products only if they are defective, damaged during transit, or if an incorrect item was delivered.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to:

Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

For high-value products, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Kaboom Sports is not responsible for returned packages lost during transit.
